A two dimensional model of interdigital transducer (IDT) used for processing particular physical quantities into electric signal was presented in this paper. The results of numerical calculations of the above mentioned model were presented as well as a parametric analysis was conducted in order to obtain information concerning stress distribution in the transducer.
