This article deals with pressing technique of compacts made by method of powder technique and exploitation of isostatic presses for this specific purpose. The article also shows advantages and disadvannges of the individual pressing methods, general possibilities of design solution of isostatic presses and also a specific solution of CJZ isostatic press that have been manufactured and supplied by ŽĎAS J.S.CO.
