An equipment based on optoelectronic and piezoelectric techniques used in the stand for determining of dynamic characteristics of stepping motors. Torque measurement of stepping motors has a peculiar character, which makes it difficult or impossible to use many typical methods and measuring devices. The good dynamic propertes of presented torque meters are basis to number of experiments.
